Unique to the industry, Plano Signs has an automatic update system to keep our customers informed.

The #1 complaint we hear from customers, whether it is feedback for our services or complaints about another company, is lack of communication.  We listened and developed a solution.

Our scheduling system will automatically inform our customers of the status of their project. You will always know:

• if we are waiting for any information from you,
• if the permits have been filed (and when),
• if the permits have been approved (and when),
• when the sign was put into production, and
• what our projected install date is.

We recognize that your sign is imperative to the success of your business. Not having your sign installed on time is disastrous! Our exclusive update system helps us (and you) avoid surprises and get them resolved while there's still time.

We install and service more than lighted and unlighted business signs. We manufacture, install and service church signs, school signs, apartment signs, government signs, warehouse signage, directional signs, custom metal signs, interior signs and more!.

We can install or repair your channel letters, wall sign cabinets, pole signs, monument signs (even stone, brick and masonry), electronic message centers (also known as LED signs), pylon signs and many, many more.

All of our components will be new.

All fasteners will be galvanized or non-corrosive.

To additionally insure safety and quality, manufacturing, installations, and service  are supervised by a Master Sign Electrician, Master Electrician, and Licensed Sign Erector.  Licensed Company Sign Installers and Licensed Electricians are also utilized.

All excess dirt and rock will be hauled away and disposed of properly if required.

At the end of installation or service the work area is always left in a broom-clean condition.

We are virtually the only sign company in any of the 97 "Metroplex" cities multi-licensed to manufacture and install signs as well as provide electrical service.

Plano Signs can be totally responsible for installing, wiring, and maintaining your signs (and lighting), if you choose.

Our family?s electrical, electronic, computer programming, and IT backgrounds often prove invaluable to our customers, particularly those with or desiring Electronic-Message-Centers.  We can write/modify computer programs in many languages.
